12:00 – 2:00PM

What does our reservation policy mean for you?

If you do not already have a set weekly schedule with us but tend to bring in your dog on the same days each week, we will ask you to set and stick to those days.

If you do not have a set schedule and bring your dog on different days of the week, we will need you to email us by Sunday requesting the days you will need for the upcoming week. (afandh@afandh.com)

If you have reserved a day and need to cancel, we would greatly appreciate a call 24 hours in advance (to avoid incurring a late charge of $20) so that we can offer another person your spot.

If you need boarding during school vacations, holidays, or even over the summer, we recommend booking 2 months in advance in order to avoid being put on a waitlist.

Communicating with Us About Reservations:

Thank you very much for providing us with your weekly daycare schedules thus far. We also appreciate your calls and emails when you need to cancel.

Due to the high demand for playtime, if you do not call to cancel your reservation for 3 consecutive visits, you will forfeit your spot and will have to call to be placed on the waitlist.
If you are taking an extended vacation, we will hold your spot for 2 weeks with notice.
While we’re delighted that our business is thriving, we never like to have to turn anyone away, and we hope you understand that we are doing this to adhere to the quality standards that you expect from A Fox & Hounds.

Our team values the relationships that we have made with you and your pets, and we thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Flea & Tick Treatments

As you take steps to protect your pet from fleas and ticks, please note these guidelines related to daycare and boarding visits:

For the safety of all staff and doggie guests at A Fox & Hounds, we ask that you apply flea and tick medication (topical products such as Advantage or Frontline) 24 hours in advance of your visit (not the morning of drop-off). Your dog’s coat must be dry before joining us for playtime. For dogs wearing the Seresto collar, we will remove the collar during visits and replace the collar at pick-up time. Your dog’s collar will be kept safely among the items they arrive with (collar or harness, leash).
